Adult Day Health Care
LifeTimes Adult Day Health Care, located in the city of Rochester on Plymouth Avenue adjacent to Plymouth Gardens, is operated by the Fairport Baptist Homes Caring Ministries. It is a day program which offers care to adults ages 18+ with medical needs and helps seniors maintain their independence through suppoprtive health and social services in a protective group setting.
