Corporate Structure
Fairport Baptist Homes Caring Ministries, Inc., a 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation, is the parent governing body for four separate subsidiary corporations: FBH’s nursing home and adult day health care center, child care center, community services, and adult care facility. FBH Caring Ministries Foundation is a parallel 501(c)3 not-for-profit corporation which manages the endowment fund and raises and stewards donations for Caring Ministries and its subsidiary corporations.
The parent corporation has a board of directors, members of which also serve on the separate boards of the subsidiary corporations, along with individuals from the community. The Foundation has its own board of directors, some of whom also serve on the board of the parent corporation.
